Why we process your answers
To understand the needs and experiences of people affected by breast cancer, evaluate an early Pink Nexus Health product concept, prioritise future product features, and inform the planning of future research, including a possible DiGA evaluation. The survey does not provide medical advice and does not establish clinical effectiveness.
What we collect
We do not ask for your name or contact details in this survey. We store only your coded answers, the survey language and version, the time of consent and submission, and any optional text you choose to write. We do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, referrer addresses or advertising identifiers in the survey database. Some answers relate to your health.
Legal basis
Because some answers concern your health, we process them only with your explicit consent, which you give at the start of the survey. You can stop at any time before submitting. Nothing is sent before you press the final Submit button.
Technical service providers
Technical service providers may process limited operational data (for example connection data in security logs) for security and service delivery. This data is not added to your survey response. Details of hosting location and processing agreements will be confirmed before the survey goes live.
How long we keep your answers
Raw survey responses will be retained for 24 months after the survey closes and will then be deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Aggregated results that no longer identify individuals may be retained for research planning and product development.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to withdraw your consent, and you may complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. Because we do not collect your name or contact details, we may not be able to identify your individual response after it has been submitted.
Future testing or research contact
If you choose to hear about future testing or research, this happens through a separate form on the Pink Nexus Health website. That form is not connected to your survey answers and receives no survey identifier.
No cookies or tracking
This survey uses no analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Your unfinished answers are kept only temporarily in your browser tab and are deleted when you submit or leave the survey.
